Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges at all. So please make sure your information is correct before placing your order.Even if you have not installed the hair we do NOT accept refunds or exchanges. If you have not tried on the clothes, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you have not took the lashes or lipgloss out the package, we still do not accept refunds or exchanges.


PROCESSING & SHIPPING:


 
Processing time for orders is 3-5business days (may be 5 -7 days longer due to COVID-19 or holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and tracking numbers are sent to emails. 

 

For domestic orders please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.


​For international orders please allow 5-15 business days to receive you order after shipment.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

 

Lost and Returned Packages 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If your shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us, you are responsible for a extra shipping fee. Shop KayMekayla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once we ship your package we are no longer responsible. You must contact USPS for any lost or stolen packages.

Q. "Can I shower in my lash strips?”

A. No, we recommend that you do not shower in your lash strips. If you want to clean them you have to clean them separately off of your face. See our lash care section for tips on how to clean your lash strips.

 

Q. "Are your mink lash strips reusable?"

A. Yes, our mink lash strips can be reused 20+ times! As long as you take care of your mink lash strips and aren't rough on them, they will last very long!
